COMMISSIONS ARE FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY — The client may NOT use them for commercial purposes. The artist (DEI) retains the right to upload watermarked versions on social media accounts to promote their work. Let me know if you do not want me to publicly upload your commission!
Please do NOT recolour, edit, or otherwise alter your commission without permission from the artist! The client may use the image in graphics (ie. banners, profiles) as long as the artwork itself is not altered.
Payment is due upfront before any work begins. If this does not work for you, let me know!
USD payments are only accepted through Paypal invoice. Please do not send payment in any other way!
The artist will send WIPs at the sketch, lineart, and flat colour stages.
Please mention any and all major changes that need to be made at the SKETCH stage! Major changes requested after this point (e.g. requiring parts of the commission to be entirely redrawn) may incur an additional charge. Colouring and other minor errors will be corrected free-of-charge.
The client may cancel their commission at any time, but they will only be refunded for the amount of work that has not yet been completed (e.g. if colouring is already completed at the time of cancellation, the artist will only be able to refund the remaining cost of shading)
The artist may reuse rejected rough pose sketches for other artwork.
